1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our online store, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase. After that, they are already being processed. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible if you need assistance.

4. I didn’t receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us at support@bellarebeauty.com with your name and order number.

We currently offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.

6. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 4–8 business days, depending on your location.

7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.

8. What if my package arrives damaged or gets lost?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item.
If your package seems lost, reach out to us — we’ll contact the carrier and help resolve the issue.

10. How can I know if a product is back in stock?
